Massage sessions
The physical body is our Temple. Our mind and emotional state house the energy in our nervous system that enervates our muscles and organs. There is a beautiful connection of releasing muscular physical pain that helps release stuck emotions and mental patterns in the nervous system so you can freely enjoy your life. Bodywork is the first step in healing for most dis-ease because it meets people where they are with pain and disorder.
