2019 was full of possibilities I had not expected or intended. Divine energy works in fantastically beautiful ways, and when divinely directed toward something my heart obeys!
February of 2019 I stumbled onto the most beautiful sounds that transcended my heart space- Holographic Sound Healing using toning and crystal bowls. I registered that day for training with the Holographic Sound Institute and now incorporate sound healing in sessions. I have been using solfeggio frequencies for years, but when I found we have the capacity to tailor make a sound healing session catered to your divine self- it was a light bulb moment! Everything in the Universe is frequency. Sound is a powerful healing frequency that bends through many blocks to reach through for healing.
I have had the honor of volunteering for the military veteran’s non-profit program Vet Triip program (https://www.vettriip.org/) this year as a Reiki practitioner and plan on continuing this year as well. In the process of helping hundreds of soldiers and family members with PTSD, depression and body pain, I have met a community of diverse healers. Working with multiple healers with one client at the same time is one of the most powerful healings available. When two or more are in prayer, the healing is exponential! In March 2019, I registered for Massage School and finished in November. I have intimately learned to listen and connect to the consciousness of our physical bodies. I learned our bodies love us unconditionally and are always trying to find a way to heal us and to talk to us. The body has a message for you: “Love your body like your God loves you… and feed and care for it like a child”- Love it unconditionally in all its imperfections. It is our judgement that keeps the body from doing it’s work. Your body takes the brunt force of all the negative energies of hate, guilt, shame, regret, anger, fear, junk food, liquor, etc. When the body gets heavier with negatives than it does Love light energies, disease and dysfunction manifest. I was given a method we call Spiritual Massage, to help the body clear and energize to become the powerful vessel it needs to house your soul as well as addressing the physical therapies needed.
My guides weren’t finished with me yet… I had been getting for a while hypnosis was another healing modality I needed to learn. After finding the A.U.R.A Hypnosis technique, I knew why I waited. This divinely updated hypnosis method involves using ArchAngel angelic energy to guide, protect and heal in the hypnotic state where you the client, receive and speak to yourself! Each session is recorded for you to listen to over and over. I completed the intensive certification training in November and I have been honored to facilitate many sessions that have left me in awe of the power of connection to our higher selves, our connection to angels and healing energy.
